Think before posting

Good advice.

This was my last blog. I will find other things to do.

A friend from Portugal offers this poem.

Tracy has a good question.

Ken,

I thought Rand didn't really engage your argument -- you do have a point: having a place to go would encourage the development of cheaper ways to get there. Perhaps Rand meant well, but he seems to have a deactivated empathy chip - I think you deserved a less dismissive and more engaged discussion.

You and I disagreed on Rand's site, but during any disagreement, I always thought of you as a nice person and an interesting commenter.

If you do want to engage with space experts and enthusiasts, if you do want to continue to discuss your Mars colony ideas, I suggest reading and eventually posting on the forums found at http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/ You're probably already familiar with that site, but if not, scroll down past the L2 section, and you'll find the free section, which is plenty informative and lively.

Best wishes!

Gosh, I missed that exchange. But don't stop commenting. I like your posts.

Rand recently posted that two launches would be required for Inspiration Mars. This article suggests that would only be for the Atlas or Delta options. The Falcon Heavy may be able to do it in one launch. They include the SLS option, but I'm sure it's not really being considered.
