And three, Ted Cruz has suspended his campaign, and the chairman of the Republican Party has declared Trump the presumptive nominee.

HOWEVER, the race is not over. Everyone seems to be forgetting Kasich (which pretty much sums up his entire campaign), who said he's carrying on. With Cruz out, Kasich could double his prior vote totals and hold Trump's statewide wins to under 90%. I don't see any way Kasich can overtake Rubio (who dropped out months ago after only winning Minnesota) in delegates, but it's quite conceivable he may get one or two of the remaining 500 on the table.
