Leaving this wednesday

I'll be back on the road in a few days. I hope CJ will find something to keep this blog alive during that time (no pressure CJ, it's all in fun.) I'll check back in from time to time. I'm on a mission.

  1. I;ll do my best. Safe journeys!

I'm working on a large, detailed post... basically, a way to do the Inspiration Mars flyby with existing hardware, and cheaper. It's taking me a while to do the math, but I think you'll like it.

I do want everyone to be aware; I'll do my best to blogsit, but I don't have the ability to see comments and approve them so they appear on the blog. I'll do what I can to post articles though.

I'll even have a post, soon, about a new breakthrough that's absolutely critical. So much so that without it, a self-sustaining Mars colony would have been impossible. But, fear not, they have finally learned how to grow coffee in greenhouses...

  2. Posting this anon to see if it works...

If I can do it, I'll be happy to do the comment review/approvals.

  3. I get a delete icon, but can't see anything to approve a comment with.

  4. I've set you as admin along with me. I'm not sure what else I can do. I'm looking.

  5. Where and how do you see the pending comments, and how do you approve them?

BTW, I've never used the Blogger interface before, so I may be looking in the wrong places.

BTW #2, how long will you be gone? I'll be offline due to a biz trip for a week in mid-December.

  6. I have to log into blogger before I see anything. Right next to the new post button at the top right there is a design button.

Then you should see a list on the left that includes comments. Selecting that gives you a choice which includes pending.

I'll be checking in when I can from various libraries. I just have to get away from family so I can focus. Also I need a bit warmer weather so I'm thinking of going to Globe (Phoenix has family and if I go there I will feel obligated to visit.) Globe has nothing but the mine which is perfect for getting away. When warmer I will head for Prescott which has an apartment outside of town I want to look at.

  8. Best wishes for the holidays, and I'll try to put some content up when I can. I'll also look and see what I can figure out for approving comments. (I was looking in the wrong place...)

Prescott is great; I live about an hour out of it for about 6 months a year. I'm the opposite of you though; I live there in the cold months. :)
